The restaurant will feature interpretations of our countrys classic dish's. The role will be running the kitchen, kitchen staff,inventory and BOH staff. there is lots of room for creativity. This is a operation with Owner involvment. Looking for a team member who likes to work with Managment and owners.
We will eventually have brunch, lunch, happy hour, dinner and late night menus.
We have a safe harrasment free work enviroment,
We are looking for a hands on leader. Continuing training and education will be for both BOH & FOH employees.
Looking for experience in food/plating creativity . Seasonality will be a focus.
